Account Deletion
You can delete your Interiority account at any time from within the app:
- Open the app and go to Settings
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
- Confirm by typing DELETE when prompted
Once you confirm, your account enters a 30-day grace period. During this time you can cancel the deletion by returning to Settings. After 30 days, deletion is permanent and irreversible.
What Gets Deleted
When your account is permanently deleted, all of the following data is removed:
- Voice recordings (audio files)
- Transcriptions (text from your recordings)
- AI-extracted data (goals, strategies, wins, patterns, insights, gratitudes, emotional logs)
- Topic and theme tracking data (ripples)
- AI-generated reflections
- AI-generated follow-up prompts (rabbit holes)
- Notification schedules and engagement data
- Profile information (name, email, demographics)
- Your Firebase Authentication account
What We May Retain
- Aggregated, anonymized analytics data that cannot identify individual users
- Data required for legal compliance
